Gekiyumi, a summer limited edition from the Nagurayama Sake Brewery.

I went to Fukushima Prefecture because my eldest daughter, who married in Fukushima Prefecture, had a baby (our first grandchild). I found it in the cold sake corner of a supermarket not far from my daughter's apartment and bought it.
It had a nice pear-like aroma and a similar sweetness.
I don't think it's exclusive to dealers, but I envy the fact that you can usually buy 寫楽 at supermarkets.

The "beware of opening the bottle" label is conspicuous, but it didn't blow out as it was chilled thoroughly without stimulation.
The refreshing acidity combined with a firm sweetness was like blueberry jam. It was a very tasty sake.

The purchase was made at Uonosato in Niigata Prefecture, recommended by a man at the store.
I was told that the paper bag is to protect the sake from ultraviolet rays.
When I took it out of the bag and looked at the label, I saw that the sake degree was +4 and 🙂↕️
My expectations were half lowered, but when I took a sip with trepidation, my wife and I agreed, "This is delicious.
As a result, it was a delicious sake.

Makiki Ryo Special Junmai from Takachiyo Shuzo ¥1,815-.

It went well with tuna medium fatty tuna and sea bream sashimi.

First sake. Purchased at Sake-no-Seibu Sake Shop. ¥1,870-.
Sweet and sour aroma reminiscent of pineapple. In the mouth, it has an elegant sweetness without much acidity, a slight bitterness, and a very slight gasiness.
It was a rare and hard to find sake, but the taste was universal in the same price range.
Anyway, I liked the taste.

Fukutoku Naga Junmai Ginjo-shu "is a gentle sake that can be drunk only with rice.
I found it for the first time at Beisia and bought it.
It may be the strongest junmai ginjo-shu for everyday drinking in my history.
The balance of fruity aroma, sweetness, bitterness, and acidity is very pleasing.
It is not gassy, but I think it has the potential to be around 1,800 yen for 720ml.

Sake from Maruishi Brewery in Aichi Prefecture, where the second son of the three brothers of my favorite sake brewer, Seishuzo, is located, purchased at Aiba Sake Shop in Kiryu City.
Maruishi Namaishio Junmai-Daigin Nama-Nagara Sake 2,480-¥2,480-.
The taste was to my liking with a good balance of moderate sweetness, moderate acidity, and a slight bitterness. The number of bottles in circulation is 504, so we were given a valuable bottle. It will be interesting to drink more of this sake in the future.

Sweet and fruity aroma.
