How can it be a Junmai Daiginjo at a reasonable price? I just had to try this sake (my first time, of course), Nihonzakari Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake. Purchased at the Oomama store of Beisia for 1,232 yen. The fruity aroma filled my mouth with anticipation, and I was surprised at how good it tasted for such a low price! First, there was a sweetness, then a tartness that reminded me of berries, and then a slight bitterness. This is a great cosmetic product and I am sure I will be a repeat customer.

Machida Shuzo Tokubetsu Junmai 55 Limited Edition Direct Kumi, a special sake for the Machida Sake Brewery in Komagata-cho, Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture, Japan. It was also purchased at ". Aiba Sake Shop in Kiryu City, Kiryu Prefecture. The price is ¥1,540-. The sake is generally known as Kiyomizu, but the brewery doesn't sell this sake. I recently learned that there are many sakes that are not sold at the brewery, but are sold exclusively to special dealers. The sake had a sweet and sour aroma, a sweet taste, and a slight sourness and bitterness. It tastes sweet, with a slight sourness and bitterness. It is my favorite type of sake! The second day was just as delicious as the first.

Today's sake activity. Purchased at "Aiba Sake Shop" in Kiryu City, which I have visited for the second time. The price was ¥1,815-. The owner and his wife recommended this sake to me, considering what I usually like to drink. This is the first "Takachiyo Pink Kasumi" limited edition flat-polished, unadjusted, unblended sake from Takachiyo Shuzo Co. The pink label and slightly cloudy appearance give it a peach-like atmosphere. The fruity aroma is somewhat reminiscent of white peaches. The aroma has a white peach-like sweetness, slight acidity, and bitterness. And there is a sense of gas. This is a good sake that I have found, and of course my wife is very pleased with it.

The first sake "TANIGAWADAKE" (Tanigawadake) from Nagai Shuzo Co. Gunma Prefecture's sake breweries followed. Purchased at the Oomama store of Beisia for 1,375 yen. I was expecting the "fresh melon-like aroma" described on the label, but it wasn't that great😅. I found a nice aroma with a fresh atmosphere. Fresh acidity, gentle sweetness, slight bitterness. Quite a good impression. On the second day, the sweetness came out but the acidity tended to decline. The slight bitterness became relatively stronger, but it was not overpowering. I felt it tasted better when it had adjusted to room temperature than when it was cooled down to a crisp. It is a good cosmetics and there is a possibility of repeat purchase.

This is the first sake we have had from our favorite sake brewer, Hijiri Sake Brewery, and it is a Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unpasteurized Nama Shu. I bought it at "Aiba Sake Shop" which I visited for the first time the other day. The price was ¥1,650-. When the bottle was opened, it was full of energy! As is typical of Seishuzo sake, it has a fruity aroma. Refreshing sweetness and gasiness. I could hardly feel the acidity. It is just like a soda. The rice is "Gohyakumangoku", which is different from "Kanto no Hana" (Kanto no Hana is Hitomebore). I now have another favorite brand.

This is my second sake from Asakai Co. "Asakai Junmai Daiginjo Gin Ginga Brewing" Purchased at Japan Meat Yoshioka store for 1,538 yen The aroma is gorgeous, but not too much, with moderate sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. It is a Junmai Daiginjo with good cost performance, and I liked the taste. On the second day, the acidity receded slightly and the sweetness increased. The aroma was pleasant as soon as the bottle was opened! The taste was quite delicious, with a perfect combination of sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. This time it was my selection. I will keep it in mind as a candidate for a repeat, but I am also interested in another brand.

The first bottle from our favorite sake brewery, Endo Sake Brewery, limited edition Keiryu Fukuro Hanging Pressed Sake. Price: ¥1,760-. The appearance is very slightly cloudy with just a little lees mixed in. The aroma is sweet with a small amount of sweetness, followed by sweetness, slight bitterness, and sourness. It has a mellow impression and a high alcohol content of 19%, so the first day after opening the bottle, the alcohol feeling is strong. On the second day, it settles down moderately and gives a mild impression.

Another first for me. It is a sake with wine yeast. ¥1,980-. As soon as the bottle is opened, you can smell the freshness of the wine, The first glass is just like a white wine. The second glass was slightly warmer and sweeter. At the same time, the astringent taste increased, just like wine. The third glass was even sweeter and more fragrant, with less astringency. It is interesting to see the change in taste as the wine returns to room temperature from its well chilled state. On the second day after opening the bottle, the aroma and sweetness both increased, and the taste changed to become more like sake. It went from a white wine-like sake to a sake that tastes like white wine. Very tasty 😋.

My first sake. This is one of the sake that my wife bought for me. I heard that it is rather difficult to obtain. The aroma is fresh and fruity, and the taste is sour and sweet, reminiscent of green apple. I felt the taste was somewhat similar to the Echigo Yuki-Koumbai I had a while ago.
