Takachiyo's unadjusted Orikarami Blue label. This is my first sake. After drinking pink and orange, this time I tried the blue label. It is a delicious sake with an elegant sweetness that is very easy to drink. The sweetness is reminiscent of pears. It has a slight acidity and a very slight bitterness. The first glass I poured only the supernatant and drank it, and the second glass I mixed it thoroughly and drank it, but it tasted the same and had a refreshing aftertaste. The second day, I had the impression that the sweetness had increased. The Takachiyo series is interesting.

This is the second time to buy a limited edition flat polished rice unfiltered raw sake from Hiragana "Takachiyo", which is stored at the freezing point sunRise. This was also purchased at Aiba Sake Shop in Kiryu City. I could not detect the fruitiness on the label, but I liked the sweetness, acidity, and slight gassiness of the sake.

Sake selected by my wife. This is also my first time drinking this sake. When I opened the bottle, it started fizzing before I knew it, which surprised me. The sweet and sour taste and the fizzy sensation was more like sparkling wine than sake. The alcohol content is low and it is a delicious sake that is easy to drink.

This is the second bottle of Kame no Kai, but the first one is "Haruura" Junmai Ginjyo Usunigori Nama. It was purchased at the Aiba Sake Shop in Kiryu City. The crisp sweetness, slight acidity, and moderate gassiness were as good as expected. It is hard to find, so I don't know if I will be able to get it again, but I would like to get it again if possible.

My wife selected this sake (we told the waiter what we liked and he picked it for us), which was also our first sake. Purchased at "Sake-no-Osaka-ya" for ¥1,550-. I was nervous when I opened the bottle because of the warning label, but it was ok😅. As a side note, the fact that it is made from "glutinous rice" reminded me of my very local Yanagisawa Sake Brewery. When I opened the bottle, it had a nice aroma. I poured only the top clear liquid in the first glass. It has a gentle sweetness, like a pre-ripe melon. The slight gassiness combined with the refreshing sweetness made for a very tasty sake. After the second glass, I slowly stirred the lees, but there was no change in taste. It is a type of sake that I have never encountered before, but it is very nice. On the second day, the taste changed drastically, with more sweetness (less gaseous) and a surge of umami, and a slight bitterness that was not noticeable on the first day appeared, transforming it into a deeply flavored sake. Considering the purchase price, I felt the cost performance was quite good. I would like to buy this sake if I could repeat the purchase.

The other day, when my wife was in Nagano Prefecture, she bought a very rare sake from Sake-no-Osaka-ya, which is brewed by Toshimaya Co. The brewer is Toshimaya Co., Ltd. and the project was organized by Nakamura Yojin Seminar of Nagano Prefectural University. The price was 2,090 yen. The sweetness and acidity reminiscent of strawberries with a slight gassy taste was irresistible. It was exactly to our liking!

This is the second time I have tasted Ryoseki Shuzo's Suitama, and this time I bought a bottle of "Special Junmai-shu Unfiltered Nama" at "Aiba Sake Shop" in Kiryu City. The price was ¥1,909-. When the bottle is opened, it has a fruity aroma as expected. It has sweetness, acidity, and a slight bitterness reminiscent of pineapple. It is refreshing, easy to drink, and delicious.

My first sake "Matsuo" Junmai Ginjo White Label. My wife bought it on the way home. The price was ¥1,400-. It was unusual for my wife to choose a sake with the word "dry" at the edge of the label (she didn't seem to notice it). I took a sip and wondered what it smelled like. I took a sip. It wasn't so much dry as it was sensibly +1 or +2. It's quite tasty, isn't it? On the second day, I tried heating it up, but it felt better. It's good for cold nights.

How can it be a Junmai Daiginjo at a reasonable price? I just had to try this sake (my first time, of course), Nihonzakari Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake. Purchased at the Oomama store of Beisia for 1,232 yen. The fruity aroma filled my mouth with anticipation, and I was surprised at how good it tasted for such a low price! First, there was a sweetness, then a tartness that reminded me of berries, and then a slight bitterness. This is a great cosmetics product and I will be a repeat customer. The second day, the aroma remained the same and it was just as good, but the first day was by far my favorite flavor. I also found it tastier at a cooler temperature.

Machida Shuzo Tokubetsu Junmai 55 Limited Edition Direct Kumi, a special sake for the Machida Sake Brewery in Komagata-cho, Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture, Japan. It was also purchased at ". Aiba Sake Shop in Kiryu City, Kiryu Prefecture. The price is ¥1,540-. The sake is generally known as Kiyomizu, but the brewery doesn't sell this sake. I recently learned that there are many sakes that are not sold at the brewery, but are sold exclusively to special dealers. The sake had a sweet and sour aroma, a sweet taste, and a slight sourness and bitterness. It tastes sweet, with a slight sourness and bitterness. It is my favorite type of sake! The second day was just as delicious as the first.

Today's sake activity. Purchased at "Aiba Sake Shop" in Kiryu City, which I have visited for the second time. The price was ¥1,815-. The owner and his wife recommended this sake to me, considering what I usually like to drink. This is the first "Takachiyo Kasumi Momo Label" limited edition flat-polished, unadjusted, unpasteurized sake from Takachiyo Shuzo Co. The pink label and the slightly cloudy appearance give it a peach-like atmosphere. The fruity aroma is somewhat reminiscent of white peaches. The aroma has a white peach-like sweetness, slight acidity, and bitterness. And there is a sense of gas. This is a good sake that I have found, and of course my wife is very pleased with it.

The first sake "TANIGAWADAKE" (Tanigawadake) from Nagai Shuzo Co. Gunma Prefecture's sake breweries followed. Purchased at the Oomama store of Beisia for 1,375 yen. I was expecting the "fresh melon-like aroma" described on the label, but it wasn't that great😅. I found a nice aroma with a fresh atmosphere. Fresh acidity, gentle sweetness, slight bitterness. Quite a good impression. On the second day, the sweetness came out but the acidity tended to decline. The slight bitterness became relatively stronger, but it was not overpowering. I felt it tasted better when it had adjusted to room temperature than when it was cooled down to a crisp. It is a good cosmetics and there is a possibility of repeat purchase.

This is the first sake we have had from our favorite sake brewer, Hijiri Sake Brewery, and it is a Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Unpasteurized Nama Shu. I bought it at "Aiba Sake Shop" which I visited for the first time the other day. The price was ¥1,650-. When the bottle was opened, it was full of energy! As is typical of Seishuzo sake, it has a fruity aroma. Refreshing sweetness and gasiness. I could hardly feel the acidity. It is just like a soda. The rice is "Gohyakumangoku", which is different from "Kanto no Hana" (Kanto no Hana is Hitomebore). I now have another favorite brand.

"Asakai Junmai Daiginjo Gin Ginga Brewing" Purchased at Japan Meat Yoshioka store for 1,538 yen The aroma is gorgeous, but not too much, with moderate sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. It is a Junmai Daiginjo with good cost performance, and I liked the taste. On the second day, the acidity receded slightly and the sweetness increased. First visit to a liquor store Purchased at "Aiba Sake Shop" in Kiryu City for ¥1,967-. We also had our first sake, "Suitama" Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama from Ryoseki Shuzo Co. The aroma was pleasant as soon as the bottle was opened! The taste was quite delicious, with a perfect combination of sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. This time it was my selection. I will keep it in mind as a candidate for a repeat, but I am also interested in another brand.

Sake from Endo Sake Brewery continues. Howell, a new lineup from the first Comet (Shah), is my wife's selection. 1,925 yen Not much aroma. I took a sip. It was delicious with a good balance of sweetness and acidity, but it was a strange sake that tasted good even though it had no outstanding characteristics.

Following the Endo the other day, today we have the ENDOGOLD Junmai Daiginjo. This was the first time I drank this sake, and it was very delicious. The taste is clear and refreshing, with no cloying taste. The balance of sweetness and acidity is very good. The moderate alcohol content of 14 degrees also helps to make it easy to drink. Price: ¥1,980- (Japanese Yen)
