Delicious. It is too easy to drink. Mellow and tasty from the moment you put it in your mouth. There is no sense of alcohol after drinking. If this is an 80% polished rice, it is hard to understand the term "polished rice ratio".
Delicious. The taste is exquisite and to my liking. It is not too sweet, but has a strong flavor and depth. When you put it in your mouth, it goes right in. It's hard to verbalize, but it has the taste I like.
Strong alcohol. The alcohol tingles at the end. This is not my favorite sake, as it gives a general impression of old-fashioned sake.
When you put it in your mouth, you can smell the aroma.
It's good, but I don't feel there is much difference between it and regular dry sake. Maybe I still prefer ginjo-style sake, or maybe I prefer raw sake or something easy to understand. I should start with the easy-to-understand ones. Especially when buying at home.
When drunk normally, it is not so much a strong acidic taste. If you cool it down in a cold glass and drink it quickly, you will feel a sense of refreshment as if it were a summer sake. Compared to the original, I thought it would have less aroma, but after drinking it again, it is easy to drink and tastes great!
It is like Japanese sake. It goes well with rice. However, it does not impress with its delicious taste. There is no unpleasant alcohol taste, and it wears off quickly. Is this what light and dry sake is all about?
