I heard Murasuke was very sweet, but not as sweet as I thought... It has an apple-like sourness. There is also a sourness like apples, and the balance is just right with the sweetness, so it is surprisingly refreshing to drink. Rather than drinking it with something else, it's better to drink it by itself. It's a type of sake you won't find anywhere else, and it's delicious. I've also got a bottle of the Black Label, which is said to have the sweetness of Wasabon, so I'm looking forward to trying that too.

The 2014 Yono Tori, courtesy of the restaurant. It looks like a first lot of Yono-tori. I was impressed by what happens when you let a noble sake rest. The sweetness is still there, but it is clean and sweet, and the flavor spreads in the mouth. The melon-like sweetness is still there. It's interesting to see the difference between the old and new bottles.

This is my first Tanaka Rokugo. It has a complex taste, but it has a clean and nice sweetness that is typical of namaishu. If you don't tell me, I can't believe the rice polishing ratio is 65%. You can drink a lot of it. The shop kindly allowed us to compare different glasses, and we were surprised to see how much the shape of the wine glass changed.

I found the very rare Heki Frog and ordered it as soon as I could. I've been wondering what the 9.8% low alcohol Shinsei is like. It tastes like a cocktail rather than a sake. It's a very interesting sake with a grapefruit-like sweetness and a pleasant bitterness. It's nice to enjoy this kind of sake once in a while.

Rice polishing ratio 22%, picked in the middle. Luxury sake It was wonderfully delicious. I will drink it carefully to enjoy the change of taste.

It has a slightly fruity taste, but it has a strong flavor and a strong sense of Japanese sake. It might be hard to drink it alone. It's good to drink it with deep fried food or other strong flavored food.

It has a nice aroma with a hint of sweetness and a hint of Japanese sake. It has a juicy sweetness and umami in the mouth, and the sake flavor and bitterness comes through afterwards. It has a traditional Japanese flavor, but the aroma and taste are very pleasant. It's even more satisfying than I imagined.

The rumored snowman. I'm actually not a big fan of muddy systems, but I finally got one this year as a hermaphrodite fan 💪 First of all, the aroma is gorgeous with a hint of Xianfeng-ness. It has a bubbly sensation of foam, and an apple-like sourness and sweetness. It has an excellent balance of bitterness and astringency. The sweetness is not too sweet and it is very easy to drink. It doesn't have a cloudy or heavy taste, but it was very easy to drink. I'll let the bottle rest for a while before drinking the other one 🤫.

Luxury sake with 40% rice polishing ratio. Sweet and sour taste like Muscat in the mouth. The aftertaste is sweet like honey and slightly bitter. In spite of that, the aftertaste is so refreshing that you can drink it as much as you want. It's as expected of Shinsei. It's very delicious.

In the mouth, it is sweet and sour. It has a junmai-like aftertaste, but it's not too harsh. Even though it is a mountain waste sake, there is no complexity to it and it is easy to drink. This is the best in the world for this specs, the taste and the price. It's great for drinking at home.

First time in the forest of wind. What can I say, it has a strong sense of gas. The scent is not that great... When you drink it, you get a sense of gas, sweetness, and acidity, and it's soooo good. It has a good balance of flavors. It goes on and on. It's a great balance of flavors. The gasiness comes out little by little on the second and third days, and the flavor becomes stronger and stronger. The shop owner said that he recommends keeping it for a week after opening it to enjoy the flavor after the gas sensation is gone. It was so good that I drank it all, so I'll try it again the next time 😅. It was very good as they say, a repeat.

Aisan, the pride of Yamanashi, is a sake made from Aisan, the diamond of sake rice. Pear? Lychee? It has a gorgeous aroma and a juicy mouthfeel reminiscent of The bitter and astringent taste comes in later, but it is not unpleasant. The taste changes with the food you eat. Delicious.
