I heard Murasuke was very sweet, but not as sweet as I thought...
It has an apple-like sourness. There is also a sourness like apples, and the balance is just right with the sweetness, so it is surprisingly refreshing to drink. Rather than drinking it with something else, it's better to drink it by itself.
It's a type of sake you won't find anywhere else, and it's delicious.
I've also got a bottle of the Black Label, which is said to have the sweetness of Wasabon, so I'm looking forward to trying that too.
