In the mouth, it is sweet and sour. It has a junmai-like aftertaste, but it's not too harsh. Even though it is a mountain waste sake, there is no complexity to it and it is easy to drink.
This is the best in the world for this specs, the taste and the price. It's great for drinking at home.
