The aftertaste is tight, but it is not spicy.
It has a tight aftertaste, but it's not spicy and sharp, but rather a gentle burst of spiciness like when a raindrop falls on a tin can, which is cool and refreshing.
This sake is made by Sakurada Sake Brewery in Suzu, but I was surprised that it was not registered. It has a soft and gorgeous mouthfeel that you can drink as much as you want.
