It is dry and refreshing. I thought the +14 might have been a reference to the slam dunk Mitsui Kotobuki, but the sake degree is 14, and when I looked it up, I found that Mitsui Kotobuki had matched it to this one.

Fruity and easy to drink, even those who do not like sake can drink it. The aftertaste is like watermelon. It seems to go well with sake by itself or with light food.
