Aizu Ryugasawa Junmai Daiginjo 100% Yumenokou from Aizu Polishing ratio 45%, alcohol content 15%. At the Aizu Shurakukan Watanabe Sota Shoten, when I mentioned that I like sweet sake like Jyushiyo, the owner told me that this sake can be kept at room temperature and is a junmai daiginjo at a very reasonable price! You can feel the seriousness of the brewery! The owner of the store recommended this sake to me highly. It is not flashy, but it is certainly a sake that grabs your heart just like the label!

First time drinking it, I found it to be somewhat moderately sweet with a lingering aftertaste. I want to drink more Hououmida and enjoy the differences 😊.

It's been a while since I've had Beaumichel. I went to a local sake shop in Nagano for the first time, and when I told the owner that I was a sake novice, he recommended this one. It's sweet and shwashy and even a sake novice can enjoy it. I want to drink it regularly 😊.

I purchased this sake at the Bukou Sake Brewery during my trip to Chichibu in the spring. It was a bit out of season, but it was just the right amount of sweetness. It had just the right amount of sweetness, and the alcohol content was not too high. It was delicious!

I bought this sake when I was told by KISSYO that Kinoshita Shuzo was at a tasting and that it was not kijoshu, but it was sweet. I was told that it was a matured sake, so it had a darker color. It tasted sweet, but the unique aroma was too much for me 💦.

Polishing ratio 50%. Sake degree -10.6 Acidity 2.0 Amino acidity 0.8 Alcohol content 16%. It is hard to believe that it has a sake strength of -10.6. I found it to be a dry and refreshing sake with not much sweetness. It was in contrast to the Oomine's Winter Fairy Tale that I drank the other day. I guess there are many different types of nigori.

Hello na2. Thank you for your comment. Sairai's light mist is the type of sake that gets sweeter as it is laid down 😆 I couldn't resist and drank it in no time 🤣.

Very tasty with just the right amount of sweetness and sourness 😋Shichiken is cheap and tasty, but is this only available at direct retailers in Yamanashi? He bought the most expensive one (lol) of Shichiken!

Rice: Akita Kame-no-o Polishing ratio 90 Alcohol content 14 I have been interested in rice and agape for a long time. I have been interested in rice and agape for a long time, and with figs, which I love, I can't help but buy it 😚 The reason it is a bit expensive is because it is a sake to support the recovery from the torrential rain in Akita. I would be happy to help in this way! And so delicious 😋.

Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 15%. The bottle is opened with care and there is a pleasant popping sound. The sweetness in the mouth is reminiscent of white peaches. It is juicy, refreshing, and delicious anyway with a light gassy feeling! The acidity is great and it has a nice sharpness. I want to repeat it again!

Rice used: Hachitan-Nishiki Rice polishing ratio 92 Sake meter degree +4% Alcohol by volume 15 Junmai Hi-ire It is generally said that the more polished the sake is, the better it tastes, but this "low-polishing sake" goes the opposite way, with only 8% polished rice. It is said to be dry, but it has a hint of sweetness. It is very easy to drink with a crisp and clean taste. It was a very delicious sake. ☺️kissyo at the corner bar!
