Daiginjo made with Omachi from Kuheiji. It is clearer and drier than any of the Omachi sake we have had recently, and has no peculiarities. The slight bitterness and acidity are well balanced, making it easy to drink. It has no peculiarities, so it seems to go well with all kinds of food. I heard that it can be aged for a few days, but I think it will be gone before that. Thank you very much for your kindness!

Junmai Daiginjo Gold Label is the flagship of the Abe series. The aroma has the smell of delicious rice flavor. When tasting it, one gets the impression that it is crisp and clean with a touch of acidity and umami, just like the Abe. There is no cloying taste at all, and the fruity flavor is truly a daiginjo. Kaze no Mori - Omachi from the standard 807 series. The mouthfeel is sweet and umami, but the aftertaste is complex with a lingering bitterness. I didn't get as much of a gassy feeling as some of the reviews... This is the taste of 80% polished rice. I would love to have other rice as well. The homemade gari also went well with it, though a little less sweet. Thank you very much.

Ruri Karakusa" is the Japanese name for the flower called nemophila. The flowers bloom beautifully as if sapphires were scattered all over the meadow. The drink is sweet. The smell is slightly pineapple-like. It is sweet but very easy to drink, perhaps because of the gassy feeling and the impression of sharpness. Delicious! It was a treat!

The "Haneya CLASSIC" is a fantastic recipe that was created by unraveling the existing materials at the brewery. It is now revived with a breath of fresh air. Its appearance is quiet and gentle like a silvery snowy landscape. I got the impression that it is well-balanced. Although it is rated -3 on the sake scale, I felt it was dry with moderate bitterness. Haneya also has a variety of lineup, so I would like to compare them! Thank you for the sake.

Abe Shuzo's ★ (Star) series is a series of sake with the desire to create a sake that has an impact like a first-class star among the many varieties of Japanese sake. This is "REGULUS," which has a strong acidity derived from white malted rice. When the bottle is uncorked, the aroma is mild, perhaps because it has been refrigerated well. However, from the smell, the characteristic acidity can be felt. It looks delicious. When I drank it, I was surprised. The acidity is assertive, with a moderate sweetness and a fizzy, fizzy bitterness that fades away after a few sips. The alcohol content is a modest 13%, and as the description says, it can be enjoyed in a wide range of ways as a food sake. I would definitely like to drink this sake again and again! I was curious about this rather sharp sake with a sake strength of -72, an acidity of 5.3, and an alcohol content of 7%, so I bought it. The aroma was surprisingly normal, and I wondered if it was really green apple. But when I drank it, I was surprised.
