This is my first time to try Earth 😄.
The smell is sweet and sour and mild. It smells like wood and looks delicious. I feel some medicinal taste because of the wood smell 💊.
The taste is sour and sweet right away, and the aftertaste is astringent and slightly bitter with a delicious flavor.
I wonder if some astringency remains at the end.
It has a depth and weight of flavor that is hard to believe it is 13 degrees, as one would expect from Shinmasa.
