The smell is quite fruity🍋 or citrusy?
When you drink it, you first taste the sourness, and then you immediately taste the sweet, delicious, sweet umami 🤤.
The aftertaste is long and ends with a slight bitterness. I feel the freshness and the vividness that is typical of nama-shu, and I feel like I'm going to drink too much of it.
Anyway, it is well-balanced to my taste and delicious to drink. ....
I think it would go better with cheese than dried food such as surume (dried squid).
If I see it again, I'll definitely have it!
