It is a home brew, and the rice used to make it is Ginpu.
It has a rice polishing ratio of 60%, a sake degree of +3.0, and an acidity of 1.5.
As the name suggests, it was a light and refreshing sake with a fresh breeze passing through.

The specialty is shinkoyaki (young chicken), the sauce is delicious 😆 The grilling table is also old and austere ✨.
