I first tried this sake at a tavern in Asahikawa, where I was on a business trip, and liked it.
Even though it is a junmai ginjo, it has a refined aroma, umami, and sharpness, and is smooth to drink.
It is a sake that goes well with both strong and light flavored snacks.
