Houou Mita, also opened at my parents-in-law's house This one is crisp like a daiginjo. Compared to Garakudai, it is more classic. My parents-in-law also enjoyed drinking this one as it seems to be close to the taste they are used to. ☺︎

Mimuro cedar is really well balanced! 😍 Smooth on the tongue with a gentle sweetness. I wonder if the sweetness will continue to linger on the palate. I thought so... but it has a light and refreshing feeling and is not sticky. The Jungin Yamadanishiki I drank last time was also very good, but but I think I prefer this one.

The Honjikomi sake I had last time was so good! This time we tried Junmai sake! As good and crisp as the Honjikomi! I think it has a little bit strong alcohol taste. But Katsushikoma is a delicious sake! I'll have to try it again!

Aroma like cypress with a hint of sweetness A touch of alcohol and bitterness as it goes down your throat. I read somewhere that it goes well with sushi. But I couldn't pair it with sushi because I didn't have it with me this time... I will definitely pair it with sushi next time 😋🍴.

At Sakuramoto Shoten Maruyama Store I applied for the lottery for the right to purchase Jikin and I won! It's my first time to try Jikin...it's still delicious... 😋! The sweetness and umami spread softly as if it was calculated and then it goes down your throat.... I'll drink it with care.

Gentle aroma of rice When you drink it... is it water? It is so light and smooth It doesn't stick to your throat after you drink it. But it leaves a faintly fruity and sweet taste in the mouth. It's really a non-habitual drink, so it seems to go with everything! I'm sure it would go with anything 😋🍴.

A beautiful sake with a mild aroma and a crisp, clean taste that goes down your throat easily. Katsuma has a similar tendency, and I wonder if it has the same flavor as many Toyama sakes. It was a delicious sake that went very well with seafood dishes 😋.
