Junmai Ginjo is sweeter and fruity than Special Junmai and has a terrific aroma. The rice polishing ratio is 50%. Personally, I think I prefer the special junmai. Next time, I will try the Yamacup Brewing, which I have been saving.
It has an aroma like a ginjo-shu and is easy to drink even though it has a strong rice flavor. Because of its aroma, Sharaku is probably my favorite junmai sake.
Personally, I liked the citrusy aroma with a bit of sweetness. When you drink it in a wine glass, it's a perfect looking wine. I heard it was sunburst with acidity, but I'm not sure how it was.
