We finally welcomed a 5-star brand that Sake-no-wa highly recommends.
It is very elegant, has no clinginess, and goes in smoothly with a slight effervescence. I am looking forward to the changes on the 3rd and 4th day.
Kaze no Mori" has been on my mind since I started drinking sake. The taste is as refreshing as I expected. I would like to try more of the "Kaze no Mori" series.
First of all, it was "sweet" with a bang. The aroma...pineapple? It is not only sweet, but also has a strong flavor. The sake's recommendation mission is steadily being fulfilled.
I just opened it and had a bite with a piece of chocolate. I had been drinking fruity and sweet sake for a long time, so I thought it was the first time in a long time that I could taste the dry aftertaste of sake. But I didn't read the label on the back. But I didn't read the label on the back of the bottle, and when I drank it in a wine glass, it was totally different! The aroma spread out like a wine. It is delicious. Please drink it with a glass of wine.
(Forgot to post this...)
The long awaited Kabuto. I think this might be my favorite of all the Sentori I've had. Refreshing and refreshing. I want to drink it again.
First summer sake season. Since there was no Kabutomushi, I made my summer sake debut with Haneya, which I had drunk before. Immediately after sealing the bottle, it was smooth and watery. I wonder if this refreshing feeling is what summer sake is all about. However, Haneya is best on the second day. The flavor increases and the taste deepens.
When the seal is opened, there is a sizzling sound of gas escaping. But the sizzle is a fine micro-firing. The aroma is light melon. It is sweet, but it is quickly faded away, and there is a light bitterness at the end. It is delicious.
What is recommended is delicious. Unfortunately, I am not very expressive and cannot give a distinctive impression of what makes it different from others.
But it is delicious.
On the second day, when I turned the air in a wine glass, the aroma was like a flower blooming.
GW has started! That means the end of spring, so I hurriedly opened a bottle of spring sake I had bought in collaboration with SENKYO and UNITED ARROWS.
Not only does it have a lovely milky pink color, but it also tastes slightly sweet and sour with a hint of cherry. It's so strange. It is refreshingly delicious.
I found Koei Chrysanthemum, which was recommended by Sake-no-Wawa's "Recommendation for you". I was told by the store owner that "Dusk Orange" was also recommended as a refreshing drink in hot weather, so I chose this one.
After the aroma of the oak, I tasted the tangerine flavor. It was indeed refreshing, but perhaps a little too refreshing. It is good as a food wine. It is easy to drink, so be careful.
