かつおFirst summer sake season. Since there was no Kabutomushi, I made my summer sake debut with Haneya, which I had drunk before. Immediately after sealing the bottle, it was smooth and watery. I wonder if this refreshing feeling is what summer sake is all about. However, Haneya is best on the second day. The flavor increases and the taste deepens.
