Congratulations ㊗️🍾 The first bottle of the New Year🪅 is this sake😚 that I've been deciding on for a long time. The aroma is full, like a gorgeous pear🍐💐. It has a perfect balance of sweetness and deep acidity in the mouth, and although it is thick ⁇, it is easy to drink and has a clean aftertaste 😆😆. Last one for the year 🍻✨ as I'll be working overnight tomorrow. Gorgeous aroma with a sweetness that is typical of Chrysanthemum 💐🍇. When you put it in your mouth, a slight carbonation pops on your tongue and the deep, clear kanana umami and sweetness rush in 😆🤩🤩The bitterness afterwards is also strong and beautiful and brings it all together 😋😭. This is delicious! Really a bottle of Special Thanks ❗️

I'll have a bottle of this on Xmas Eve 🎄0th party at home before everyone comes home 🏠. Elegant pineapple aroma 🍍. The palate is clear with a gentle burst of umami and bitterness 😳😳💐 that disappears nicely. Wonderful balance ❗️ is still delicious 😋🍶.
