Kijo Sake no Hiran I wanted to drink sweet sake, so I opened the bottle. Sweet, but like wine. Nice aroma, maybe cedar I've had a few too-sweet, hard-to-drink kijoshu, but... This one! It tastes good 😋 It has a strong taste of rice. I think it's my favorite of all the kijoshu.

First time in Kawanakajima! I don't have a bad nose 🤥 The smell is normal. Sweetness, then spiciness. The aroma spreads in the mouth. Fruity and tangy at the same time. I can't describe it well! The moment she drank it, she said it was delicious 😋. Too bad it's so hard to find.

Influenza. I couldn't drink sake for a while 🍶. Houou Mita 🍶😊 for the first time in a long time. Smells like pineapple and peach. Sip, sweetness comes and sourness bitterness is strong. It was different from other Houou Mita wines I have had. I will enjoy it slowly.
