This is a low alcohol type white koji brewed junmai sake, Amakoneko Amakoneko. I opened it at a drinking party at home, but it was gone in no time because it was too popular.
It was like a fruit wine or a Japanese white wine, sour and sweet, like a fruit wine or a Japanese white wine, and it was a delicious sake for anyone to enjoy! I'll never get it again lol.
This was the raw sake type.
