I drank it at room temperature and chilled. It has a slightly sweet taste and is easy to drink with little alcohol-like sharp taste. It goes well with Japanese sweets.
I drank it cold. It was easy to drink like water. The previous sake from the same brewery had a melon or cemedine smell, but this one was lighter in color, but at any rate, it gave the impression of being slightly dry and easy to drink. It seems to be a good aperitif. Even my colleague, who is not a fan of sake, was convinced.
Recommended cold or room temperature.
I prefer to drink it at room temperature, but it does become slightly fruity as time passes after opening.
It is not sharp and easy to drink. It goes well with food. It is a safe impression.
Personally, I would like to try other brands.
Dry and refreshing. It has a great flavor at the beginning, but the aftertaste disappears. It has little habit, so it goes well with meals.
Impressions after a few days
The alcohol content comes out a lot. It is noticeable even when heated. I think it is better to drink a small amount in cold sake.
It has been a long time since I drank it. I could feel the taste of rice and thought it was a good sake. I thought it had a tangy taste and was a bit rusty.
Good hot. It smells strongly of alcohol when lukewarm. Tastes like rice, but less umami than I expected, and the aftertaste is thin. It's clean and easy to pair with food.
