I drank it cold. It was easy to drink like water. The previous sake from the same brewery had a melon or cemedine smell, but this one was lighter in color, but at any rate, it gave the impression of being slightly dry and easy to drink. It seems to be a good aperitif. Even my colleague, who is not a fan of sake, was convinced.
