I wondered what would happen this year with the change of specifications from Orikagami, but they exceeded my expectations. It is so delicious.
I want to drink 5 bottles a year. I really want to drink 5 bottles a year.
It has a subtle ginjo aroma and a flavor that is not too wild. This balance creates a perfect sense of rice juice.
It doesn't feel like alcohol at all. It's amazing.
The evolution of Kamonishiki never stops...
As a man who loves "juu-juu", I would be very happy if they would also release a special order of "ori-gara-mi".

I really regret that it is not a year-round product. I'm too excited to see how it will evolve next year...
