Although it is not called Junmai-shu because it is made from red rice There are no additives, he said. Kimoto Polished 90.9% Aged in oak barrels Aged in oak barrels became a kind of bad taste for me. I liked it a lot the year before and the year before that. I think it's the barrel aging. The label is easier to photograph than the previous two years. I'd like to try it again next year.

Dessou Betsui Unfiltered Raw Sake It was not hot though it was called "dry taste". But it was easy to drink and quite nice...

I think it's the third summer sake, so it's a series of Meteor or Nanaboshi or something like that. It has a solid sweetness, a little sourness, and an alcohol taste. When I was drinking it yesterday, there was only about one cup left. I like it better when it has more sweetness, but this is good in its own way. Well, it's a matter of taste, so that's that. It's really good.

I open it up and the lid is just so hard! The introduction on the back is as follows. This product is brewed with a special yeast that produces a lot of malic acid, which is one of the most refreshing acids found in sake. Please enjoy it on a hot night with a crisp, cold Doki Doki. Please note that "Doki Doki" is just a phrase that came to mind when Yamamoto, the brewer, imagined summer and has no deep meaning. Please don't worry. The acidity is very strong, so it is good to drink it chilled. Let's drink it crisply. I've gotten used to the acidity after drinking it for a while, but I still feel like the acidity is strong. This is good.

Ah, the latest chrysanthemums haven't been coming in... It's delicious, so I know it's going to be something, but I'm going to miss it when I can't drink it anymore. We named it after the Toji (brewer) who carefully managed the unrefined sake as if he were handling a jewel, keeping in mind the balance between the blue of the corporate color and our main rice, Gohyakumangoku from Chiba Prefecture. Despite its low alcohol content, it has a combination of luxury, juicy fruitiness, and sharpness, and is a bottle that foreshadows the evolution of Kankiku. Well, it's written on the back. I'm not sure what to make of it, but it's critical to my taste. I think I'm going to lose it by drinking it quickly... It's delicious!

It used to be the ice house of another brewery, but now it's new. This time it's the one in Meikagami. I heard the second day is the best. I went there for a paid tasting, so I just went for the fresh taste. Sake is interesting because there is also the second day. It had a nice crisp taste.

I think it's summer when I buy this bottle. Firework-like label and blue bottle Maybe because it is made from rice that is not considered to be suitable for sake brewing. The price is cheap and good for the taste. It has a good mouthfeel and a nice aftertaste, so you can drink it quickly. I'll probably drink it again next year. (If you see it) The ROSSO that comes out at this time of year was also delicious. I'm going to buy it again after consulting with the stock in the refrigerator٩1988

Delicious summer ginjo-shu with hachiwari ice Ummm, is this what you call umami dry? I'm wondering what it's like when it's heated. It's umakara and it looks good. It'd be nice to drink it with ice. I think I like it better undiluted.

I bought it at a liquor store I don't usually go to. At this time of year, Hiyaoroshi must have been sleeping in the liquor store's refrigerator. It's sweet, but not too sweet. I like it. I don't mind sweet and sour either. I don't know how to describe the taste.

Delicious feeling in the mouth. There's some kind of aftertaste that lingers, but I don't know what it is. It's not like there's a sweetness and alcohol taste. I think I threw this guy in for Father's Day. It wasn't a critical hit for my taste, but it's delicious.

Introduction to Peasant Art. I decided to drink the one that was refrigerated for a number of reasons. Unfortunately, it was only stored horizontally, so it smells a bit like cork. Too bad. The sweetness, sourness and bitterness are diluted and it's a nice salty taste. I'll read the brochure again later. I don't care what it is as long as it tastes good. I think it would be more fun if I could understand it.

It's a jacket purchase, but it's summer and fireworks... I thought it had a dry taste. It's like it's really cool. I've been drinking a lot of sweet sake, so it's been a while since I've had one! I like kappa very much, don't you?

summer drinking habits You can feel the flavor and sweetness when you drink it There is not so much acidity. Maybe a little more sourness is more to my liking. I think I might like it better if it had a little more aroma. It seems to be made with sake komachi from Akita prefecture. The bottle is also light blue, which is nice and summery.

It was the first time in a long time that I was able to buy a quart of chrysanthemum. I'm glad. It's relatively sweet with a refreshing aftertaste. It's so good, it's going to disappear fast until it's gone.

It's from Eikoh fuji. It looks like it's made from a comet. I couldn't find it in my usual liquor store. I was lucky to find it on my way out. It was spring sake, wasn't it? It says the story never ends, doesn't it? For me personally, it's easy to drink. It has the usual feel. I'd love to have a complete set, but I can't seem to get them all. I guess I'll just buy them as I find them...

I wanted to drink it because it was in the supermarket I use all the time. For some reason, it cost almost 2,500 yen, so I didn't buy it and paid the regular price... When I left it alone for a while, I saw it at a regular price, so I bought it. I think it's a bit spicy. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not.

New wine for glasses only It hasn't been horned in yet! and that's a dot picture! Newly brewed sake for glasses only, once-heated, refrigerated, limited to exclusive dealers. It is said that it is made by brewers who all have glasses. It tastes fresh.

They said it had a malic acid tang to it. I bought it. It tasted like the malic acid sake I drank one day. It was so sweet and sour it was good! I'm tempted to buy it when it's the last bottle! It's nice to see the larvae and adult insects on the label.
