Buy your first sake made from glutinous rice Strong sweetness, it's supposed to be thick, but as soon as you open it up, it's is easy to drink, and As time goes on from 2 weeks to a month, it gets sweeter and mellower and finishes up closer to the ideal. I'm also curious to see how it tastes with a little more left in it.

If you want to warm up to the staff at a sake event that has been a long time coming I was recommended to buy this one. I heard the best temperature is 30-40 degrees Celsius, so I tried to warm it up, but it's not easy to adjust the temperature. When it's at its best, the rich flavor and richness of the unpasteurized base material spreads and settles in gently. However, it was really difficult to control the temperature, with the flavors flying off and the sweetness and umami getting worse as the temperature went up and down.

A gift from a friend. The aroma is gorgeous, the mouthfeel and flavor are there, but it's refreshing. It goes down smoothly and I never get tired of drinking it. I'm glad to receive drinks from other people because there are drinks that I wouldn't normally choose, and it expands my options.

I bought a bottle that I had been curious about for a long time. I had a vague idea of what it would taste like based on the reviews of various people, but when I tried it, it was a shock that took me two or three steps further than I expected. I wondered if it was a real sake. The flavour of lactic acid bacteria drinks spread in the mouth, and the alcohol content was almost non-existent, so it was easy to chill on the rocks and drink quickly. It's the most shocking sake I've seen in a long time. It opened my eyes to new possibilities for sake.

I bought it to warm up and drink a little bit of it every night as a nightcap. However, when I first tried it, the aroma, flavor, and downward movement of the drink at room temperature was more to my liking than warming it up! I'm going to take one cup a day, but I'm going to go too far with 1.5 cups and then 2 cups ❗ This is a bottle you should always have on hand. The flavor is strong, and it goes down smoothly.

古酒2本目 前回の梵に比べて酒自体の色味も強く、きれいな黄金色。味も古酒独特の熟成感が強く、常温で飲むとウイスキーを飲んでいるよう、燗につけると香りも旨味もひときわ強く感じる。

酒屋の店員さんから、古酒の入門にはこれがおすすめと言われて購入。 確かに燗酒にしたときに米の旨味が程よく、クセも少なくイメージしていた古酒よりとても飲みやすかった。 これからは古酒にも少しずつ手を出していこうかな

やっぱり文佳人はうまい! 通常の文佳人にある酸味、発酵感はあまり感じず、かわりに米の旨味、風味がとても強い。 くどくなく飲み飽きしない。 ただ、味の劣化が激しいので、開けたらすぐ飲みたい。
