Sanuki Cloudy讃岐くらうでぃ 骨付鳥、一本勝負
キールのらいず
I bought a bottle that I had been curious about for a long time.
I had a vague idea of what it would taste like based on the reviews of various people, but when I tried it, it was a shock that took me two or three steps further than I expected.
I wondered if it was a real sake.
The flavour of lactic acid bacteria drinks spread in the mouth, and the alcohol content was almost non-existent, so it was easy to chill on the rocks and drink quickly.
It's the most shocking sake I've seen in a long time.
It opened my eyes to new possibilities for sake.
