キールのらいず
If you want to warm up to the staff at a sake event that has been a long time coming
I was recommended to buy this one.
I heard the best temperature is 30-40 degrees Celsius, so I tried to warm it up, but it's not easy to adjust the temperature. When it's at its best, the rich flavor and richness of the unpasteurized base material spreads and settles in gently.
However, it was really difficult to control the temperature, with the flavors flying off and the sweetness and umami getting worse as the temperature went up and down.
