Buy your first sake made from glutinous rice Strong sweetness, it's supposed to be thick, but as soon as you open it up, it's is easy to drink, and As time goes on from 2 weeks to a month, it gets sweeter and mellower and finishes up closer to the ideal. I'm also curious to see how it tastes with a little more left in it.
