I got it in Hachinohe, where I was on a business trip. I took it back to my hotel and drank it in my room. I have the impression that most alcohol made with wine yeast is relatively sweet, but this one is a bit dry.
When drunk chilled, it has a crisp and refreshing taste. It is a sake that goes well with the seafood of Sanriku!
