クウ
This sake is sold exclusively in Uonuma by Niigata Meisho. It has a deep and robust flavor at 18% alcohol by volume. It has a complex flavor with a bit of bitterness and the umami that only Yamahai can provide, but it also has a Junmai-like quality, and you can enjoy it in a variety of ways. It is a slightly maniacal sake for those who like Yamahai and those who like a firm dry taste. And the cost is also quite good.
Niigata Meizou would be more popular if it weren't for the fierce competition in Niigata. The taste is completely Niigata's image of sake, though. Anyway, I support them!
