This is a famous sake from Nagano. You can find this sake in supermarkets in Tokyo, and it is a cosy image for a ginjo-shu. The taste and the price are good. This one is brewed alcohol because we are getting it as much as we can drink. It tastes like brewed alcohol. Well, but it is okay.
