I thought I was tasting Iwashimizu Junmai Ginjo, but this was served to me, and I misunderstood and bought it as is...proof that I don't understand ginjo aroma. But it was delicious. It was beautiful and a bit more fruity. It tastes like a cosmetic type, but this is about as good as it gets. I prefer this one to Iwashimizu's sweet, unpasteurized sake series. This is a gem brewed with rice from Shinshu at low temperature. The alcohol content is 15%.
