It is a souvenir of the Kanazawa family. It is lightly cloudy and fruity. It has a strong umami and a little bitterness. It has a strong mouthfeel. The alcohol content is 15%.
There is nothing wrong with Hiragana dakachiyos! I love trying out sake like this because it's fun!
