The way the aroma stands out after opening the bottle is amazing. It becomes more delicious day by day. I think it is very rare to feel such a change. I recommend drinking it in a bottle over the course of a day.

The last bottle of sake series bought in Shimane Pink color because of the use of peony flower and yeast The aroma is a different type from the recently popular aroma of gorgeous fragrance. The aroma is mellow and gentle, with a weak alcohol taste. I wonder if this is a characteristic of flower yeast. I enjoyed a different taste of sake.
