Ohmatsuzakura Hiyoroshi Junmai Genshu

It is a cold-aged, pure rice ginjo from Gohyakumangoku.

Nishitoshizuku Junmai-shu Hiyoroshi
The taste is calm and full of flavor, just like hiyaoroshi.
