☀️ It is slightly amber 🟡. It is sweet and a little sour with a hint of walnut 😙. It has a sticky sweetness and a sense of heaviness. I thought it must have been brewed slowly with a deep flavor 😌. I was surprised when I saw the yeast on the back 😳. I was surprised to see the yeast on the back 😳 I didn't know it was possible to make such a flavor even with Association No. 9 yeast. Sake is really deep 🙄.
