Minakata Super Dry Junmai Sake Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 18deg. 720㎖ A gift 😅 ◼️Titillate the giants of knowledge! The brewery is said to be the family home of Kumagusu Minakata, and you can feel something of the rich nature of Kishu: ⁉️ It is said to be super dry, but when you put it in your mouth, the sweetness comes first, and then it moves to crisp and dry with a deep image. It was perfect with solid fish such as tuna and bonito. ‼️

Goryo Junmai Kamikawa Taisetsu Shuzo Brewery Co. Polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol content 15 720㎖ 1,760 yen (tax included) ◼️ Sake should be warmed to lukewarm This is a souvenir from a trip to Hakodate. Hakodate is famous for its squid. I chose Goryo sake to go with it. At room temperature, it is a "dark and strong" sake, but once it is lukewarm, it becomes mellow! I could drink this sake all night long with dried squid.

Garyubai Sanwa Shuzo Co. Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 16 720㎖ 1,650 yen (tax included) ◼️The beautiful sake of heaven associated with Ieyasu This is the first time I have had Shizuoka sake, and with all due respect, it is unexpectedly good. ‼️ It's basically sweet, but it's clean and has a little bit of roughness left in it. The label is also nice, and this beautiful sake bears the name "Garyubai," which was hand-planted by Tokugawa Ieyasu in his infancy.

We are grateful to everyone involved. Shichikanma has a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, and has a certain taste reminiscent of wildflowers sprouting up after bouncing off the snow.

Alcohol content 16 degrees 720㎖ 1,749 yen (tax included) ◾️Aki-agari for returning bonito I bought some bonito tataki at the supermarket. So, I decided to pair it with a Tosa sake. It is dry and refreshing like a drunken whale, but it also has the sweetness of rice that only Aki-agari can offer.

Rice polishing ratio unknown Alcohol content: 15 degrees or more but less than 16 degrees 720㎖ 1,088 yen (tax included) ◾️ Sake is a man's lullaby It has a very nice catchphrase, but sake-loving girls are likely to scold me. It is what is called "dry" with a sake degree of +10, but it is not sharp, but rather soft and easy to drink. I bought it at the supermarket with some dried bonito tataki, and it is a very cosy and delightful sake.

As expected of a Tosa sake, it is light and dry, but it also has an aroma that is typical of ginjo-shu, and that makes me excited.
