Immediately after opening the package, it has a strong taste (sweetness? I thought it was a little hard to drink. But the next day, it became more refreshing and very tasty! Is it my physical condition or the change of alcohol 🤔? I received it from a relative and was surprised to find out later that it is a very rare sake 🫨.

It has a slight fizziness. The duality of sweetness and spiciness, sweetness and sourness, is said to be its selling point, and indeed it is well-balanced and delicious without being boring to drink! I was able to drink it slowly without snacks.
