I was surprised to realize that I hadn't been drinking sake for a year yet, but I'm about to drink 100 different kinds, lol!
This is the year that sake became my hobby!
I'm kinda getting into saunas too lol!

The day I finally drank Otters, which I hadn't been drinking because I could buy it anywhere lol.
I decided to compare the two if I was going to drink it.
Personally, I liked the polished 20%-3%, the polished 40%-5%, and the polished 30%-90%, in that order...

They sell it at the liquor store in Kyoto station and at Nishiki Market.
Nishiki Market had several varieties from the Tanzan brewery available for tasting!

Went to Narita-san to eat eels.
Bought some at a nearby liquor store on the way home!
I was a little surprised at the strong smell of wood in my first keg sake, but it's something I want to drink every once in a while lol!
