The sake master recommended Sawanohana Beau Michell for the first glass.
It was easy to drink and delicious!

My first sake!
I was surprised to realize that I hadn't been drinking sake for a year yet, but I'm about to drink 100 different kinds, lol!
This is the year that sake became my hobby!
I'm kinda getting into saunas too lol!
Money flies 💸 lol
Once again, I'm so glad this was my first drink!
My first impression of sake itself was great!
I want to say thank you to Miyasaka Sake Brewery 😭

Thanks for reading 😊
The day I finally drank Otters, which I hadn't been drinking because I could buy it anywhere lol.
I decided to compare the two if I was going to drink it.
Personally, I liked the polished 20%-3%, the polished 40%-5%, and the polished 30%-90%, in that order...
By the way, each 180mm bottle cost a little over 3,000 yen!
You can buy them at KISSYO SELECT!
My favorite ❗️
Surprised it wasn't on the brand list!
You should definitely drink it: ❗️
Aged Heaven
This 1-gou size is only available in Kyoto.
They sell it at the liquor store in Kyoto station and at Nishiki Market.
Nishiki Market had several varieties from the Tanzan brewery available for tasting!
Price:180mm 1100yen (Kyoto only)
:720mm 11000yen
Went to Narita-san to eat eels.
Bought some at a nearby liquor store on the way home!
I was a little surprised at the strong smell of wood in my first keg sake, but it's something I want to drink every once in a while lol!
It's nice to be able to compare the different types of sake👍.
Purchased at Chokkura ◎ Japanese Sake Culture Specialty Store in Asakusa (scheduled to close on January 31, 2023).
The pairing with the meat and potatoes was fantastic!
