It tastes like apples or sweet and sour fruits. But it tastes sweet, perhaps because it is a special junmai, and it is easy to drink with little acidity or numbness. It went well with light tofu and squid sashimi, but it also went well with chutoro (medium fatty tuna) and gyoza (Chinese dumplings), so it might go well with a variety of rich foods as well. おけKyoto "Ice breaker Ice breaker" Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu This is a famous summer sake. I was attracted by this cute package and had been curious about it for a long time, so I had a glass and a half. Conclusion, I don't like it😅. First of all, the aroma is very strong and heavy, mellow? It's a ginjo, but the sweetness and braniness of the rice comes directly from it. Also, I felt a mysterious nutty aroma lol. The taste is sweet because I can taste the rice flavor as well as the aroma, but the aftertaste is crisp and very spicy.... I wonder if this is what "umakuchi" means. I felt the power of unfiltered raw sake...amazing. ★2.5

The water was also a bit thick, and the overall taste was sweet and soft, like a peach just beginning to ripen.... I don't think I felt that much of a sense of refreshment. It was sweet and easy to drink, so it wasn't bad, but I personally wanted more of a crisp aftertaste and acidity. 3.6
