This is the first junmai daiginjo we have had from Sozora. To be honest, I hardly feel any difference from Junmai Daiginjo, but this one is clearer and smoother on the tongue. It is sweeter and less acidic, so you can drink it without hesitation. It's expensive, so drink it slowly 🥹.
