Kazenomori山田錦 807
けいてぃ
It's been a while since I've had a Kaze no Mori!
The aroma is typical of Kaze no Mori, with a hint of sourness. I can't get enough of it. The taste is typical of Kaze no Mori, with sourness and sweetness, followed by a rather strong bitterness that slowly fades away. I think I prefer Akitsuho. The bitterness might be a little stronger. But I'm sure it's delicious! I'm planning to pair it with sashimi today, so it should go well with that! I'll keep pushing for Kaze no Mori this year! Thank you!
