I bought a set. The aroma is sweet, which is typical of Yuki no Bijin. The taste has a sweetness that is typical of Yuki no Bijin, but because it is made with Sake Komachi and Miso Nishiki, it has a sourness that is a little reminiscent of Shinsei. If you like Shinsei, you will like this. The sweetness and sourness are just right. I had an image of Yuki no Bijin as being very sweet, but this is nice! Thanks for the delicious sake.

I bought a set! I don't usually buy them very often. The aroma is gorgeous and royal. The taste is more acidic than I expected, and I don't feel much sweetness, but the acidic tone is followed by a gentle bitterness that finishes off the taste. The gentle taste does not give the impression of alcohol, so it is easy to drink! The use of Tojo-produced Yamadanishiki is amazing. It is also amazing that it is 70% polished rice, yet it does not have a cloying taste! I think it goes well with anything you can pair it with. I recommend it as a stand-alone item as well. Thanks for the delicious sake!

I could afford it, so I did! The aroma is sour and koji. The taste is not dry, but it is less sweet and finishes with dryness. My first impression is of a gentle flavor! It's sweeter than Snowball, more like a sweet sake nigori, and it's delicious! Since it is sweeter, I think it is better to drink it by itself. The price was rather good, so I am not sure if I will buy it next year. But I am sure it is delicious!

Is it the last snowman? The aroma is a nice aroma of koji and sourness. The taste is dry, yet sizzling, like a snowman! It is delicious! I think I've had it quite a few times this season! I think it gets sweeter as the temperature rises, so you might want to let it sit for a bit! Thanks for the good sake!

I knew I had to buy some Yumachi, so off I went! The aroma is rather dry. The taste is dry and slowly fades away, starting with sweetness and umami. The acidity is fizzy, but it is more like sweetness and umami. On the back of the bottle, it says "strawberry," but it is more like dark strawberry. Thanks to the timing of this sake!

I bought the Origami because it was still available! The aroma is of oriki and hardy. The taste is quite dry, with a restrained sweetness! It tastes like a pure Yamadanishiki, but with the dryness of Yamadanishiki. It has a nice dryness of Yamadanishiki, but you don't feel the alcohol. As the temperature rises, you can taste the sweetness, so it might be better to leave it a little longer. Sharaku is consistently delicious! Thanks for a great tasting saké!

It's been a while since I've had a Kaze no Mori! The aroma is typical of Kaze no Mori, with a hint of sourness. I can't get enough of it. The taste is typical of Kaze no Mori, with sourness and sweetness, followed by a rather strong bitterness that slowly fades away. I think I prefer Akitsuho. The bitterness might be a little stronger. But I'm sure it's delicious! I'm planning to pair it with sashimi today, so it should go well with that! I'll keep pushing for Kaze no Mori this year! Thank you!

I opened the middle bottle, so I'm opening the blame! The aroma is sour and a little harder than the Nakadori. The flavor is more umami than the chutori, which is delicious in its own way! The Nakadori is very tasty on its own, but this one seems to be easier to pair with food. Of course it is delicious on its own as well! It's drier than the Nakatori, but it's delicious! Thanks for the great sake!

It is a gift. The aroma is rather hardy. The taste is clean and refreshing, with a sharp aftertaste and bitterness. For better or worse, it is a sake with no distinctive characteristics. It is easy to drink in the sense that it has a clean mouthfeel, but it is hard to sense sweetness or umami. It may be good to drink with Osechi (New Year's dishes). Also, you can taste a little sweetness when the temperature rises, so it would be good to drink it at room temperature or warmed up.

It's the first tank I'm taking in! I am looking forward to it! The aroma has a nice sourness typical of Sengoku. The taste is so good! It tastes sweet with good acidity and not too much bitterness. I drank it with the next Orikara, and it was not that different, but it was definitely very good! I also got a bottle of the "blamed" one, so I'm looking forward to comparing the two! Sentori is always delicious! I'll be a regular buyer again this year!

It's New Year's, so I'll open it! The aroma is hard, with a hint of acidity. The taste is delicious! The flavor of OMACHI is clearly present, but the quality of the sake is beautiful. It also has just the right amount of acidity and is perfectly balanced. The strong flavor of Omachi makes it perfect for Osechi and New Year's dishes! It also has a bitterness to it, so it is like a legitimate royal road. I'll drink it again this year, hoping for another chance! Thank you!

It's New Year's, so I'm opening a Tenbi flagship to go along with my Osechi! The aroma is not that high, maybe a hint of sweetness. The taste is so beautiful! It has a gentle acidity and sweetness that is typical of Amami, but it is also crystal clear and you don't feel the alcohol at all. Yet, as you continue to drink, you can definitely taste the umami. This is delicious! It is the best! I can't wait to eat Osechi with this delicious sake. Thank you for this delicious sake! I will continue to buy Tenbi next year!

It's Christmas, so I'm opening this drink! Aroma, nice and fresh, like green apples! On the palate, yum! Tastes just like the aroma, green apple! Not too sweet and tart, giving it a green apple feel, and it tastes delicious, like champagne or the Champagne Champagne Marys of my childhood! Delicious!!! This is a definite, must buy! I'm opening this sake to commemorate your hard work today! The aroma is sweet and mellow, just like Kangiku. The taste is not as sweet as I expected, which I really like! The acidity is rather effective, and at 39%, the quality of the sake is quite beautiful, with a hint of sweetness and a hint of sourness that makes it very tasty! This is a must buy! It's been a long time since I've had an honored chrysanthemum! The aroma is nice, with acidity and a little sweetness. First, just the supernatant. While it is sweet and acidic, just the supernatant has a rather dry feeling. It is also influenced by the sense of effervescence. Next, we tried the "ogara-mi". The origara is still delicious! It has a silky and fizzy taste, so it has an adult Calpis soda feel. It has a sweeter taste than the Snowman. The fizzy, fizzy feeling is great for Christmas and the season! Probably my first royalty! I'm looking forward to it! The aroma is rather hard-edged with a hint of sourness, I guess. The taste is delicious! It may be something I have never had before. I can feel the acidity, but I can also taste the umami. The feeling of acidity makes it easy to drink. Also, the bitterness is almost imperceptible, which also makes it easy to drink. It is easy to see why it is so popular. I think it's a good sake that is easy to drink and has the character of Japanese sake! I'd love to try your other varieties! Thanks for the great sake!

I will open a bottle of Snow Heaven. I had bought two bottles before. The aroma is of nigori koji with a sourness that is typical of Amami. On the palate, it's superb, with a bit of sweetness! This is delicious. I can feel the koji in my mouth, and I can definitely taste the sweetness and umami. I wonder if there is still some left over for the later release.... It was on sale, so I bought it! It's been a while. The aroma is a pineapple aroma, which is typical of Huayouyu. The taste is sweet, with a pineapple aroma spreading in the mouth, and a rather strong bitterness that finishes off the taste. The bitterness seems to be more rounded than expected. Among the Hana-yosu, the sweetness is weaker and the flavor is more umami. I wonder if it is because it is made from "Gohyakumangoku" (five million stone). It is good to drink after a long time! I would like to drink it again if I have the chance!

I missed out on the first batch, so I got it today, and here we go, open the bottle! The aroma is like muscat, something I might not have felt last year! The taste is quite mildly dry, perhaps characteristic of the freshness, and is more like sweetness, with the taste and aroma of muscat and white peaches. The aftertaste is tightened up with a gentle dryness. This is soooo good! I'm buying 100! I wish I had it in a bottle. Thank you for always having such great sake! Tenbi is the best!
