けいてぃ
I bought a set.
The aroma is sweet, which is typical of Yuki no Bijin. The taste has a sweetness that is typical of Yuki no Bijin, but because it is made with Sake Komachi and Miso Nishiki, it has a sourness that is a little reminiscent of Shinsei. If you like Shinsei, you will like this. The sweetness and sourness are just right. I had an image of Yuki no Bijin as being very sweet, but this is nice! Thanks for the delicious sake.
