It seems that unfiltered raw sake is not usually available, so the barcode was masked and the alcohol content was corrected with correction tape.
It's good to warm up.
The first sip is pear.
As the temperature rises, the alcohol comes out.
Still a little young to drink.

When I let it sit in the vegetable room, the aroma changed from pear to banana.
It's fragrant and delicious!
