I drank the "Sanhyakusyu" from the Kurarajin Shika~ series and was curious about the new sake, so I bought it! I see that the number of bottles shipped is limited as well. The taste is more crisp than the Sanhyakkai Aged Sake, and it can be used as an aperitif. The aged one is good as an aperitif. If you want to match it with food, food that is not too assertive may be good. It is good with white fish such as yellowtail sashimi and squid sashimi! It would also go well with salted omusubi! For the vessel, if it is a wine glass, it should be a large one, and if it is any other vessel, it should be a vessel that can collect the aroma. (In the case of this sake, a trumpet-shaped vessel would make the aroma dissipate and the taste would be cheap.)

I was lured by the limited edition tag and bought it. It turned out to be the right choice. It is a full-bodied sake with the sweetness of rice, and was very easy to drink. I think it is good to serve it before a meal. Marriage might be good with sushi or sashimi that is refreshing. I will stock up on it while it is still available.

It's been a long time since we've had a Hanayoshibori! This time the sake rice is Yamadanishiki! The aroma and freshness are unparalleled. The flavor is more refreshing than that of Omachi, but with Yamada-Nishiki, you can enjoy the gap between gorgeousness and crispness. At the store I went to, there were many people lined up before the store opened, but I guess only about half of them were able to get it safely. I could understand the popularity of "Hana-yosu" (sweat). Recommended glasses: wine glass (large), shochu glass (rounded to lock in the aroma)

It is a sake with umami flavor. A similar sake would be Kidoizumi from Chiba. It matches well with dishes with strong aroma and peculiar taste. The color is yellowish. It can be served cold or warmed, but if you want to experience the depth of its umami, it is better to warm it up! (Lukewarm heating is best!). Recommended glasses: (heated) a slim cup, (cold) an ochoko (cup) or a gugugu (sake cup).

It's a limited edition sake! We went to the brewery to buy it! Hakurei allows you to sample most of the brands they sell so you can make sure you're happy with your purchase! Highly recommended! It tastes like a "dessert sake"! Personally, I like it very much! (It's different from kijoshu. It's refreshing.) It had an apple-like aroma with a clean aftertaste. No fizzy sensation! I think it's better enjoyed as an aperitif! Recommended glasses: round thin glasses, wine glasses

It is sweet and thick, and you can drink it as much as you want without any accompaniments... but it is strong and you will get drunk without even knowing it lol! It's like a "sweet doburoku"! The cup version is often seen at NEWDAYS in the Kanto area. Recommended glasses: as it is in a cup, sake glass

A bottle recommended for doburoku lovers! It has a refreshing aftertaste, so it's good as a food wine! Of course, it is also great to enjoy it in a glass of wine after a relaxing bath! Among the 807 series, the fullness of flavor was mild and refreshing. The freshness of the sake is perfectly felt. I would recommend it to those who feel that Omachi sake is a little heavy.
