I drank this sake at a familiar BAR.
First sip, I like it sweet!
Second sip: Alcoholic, amazing! It is thick, sweet, delicious, and full of alcohol! The first sip was sweet and sharp, and it was a very cosy sake. あさりちゃそThe name is a joke, but seriously good. およ酒I bought it because of the lot number, but.., のんべぇI drank the "Sanhyakusyu" from the Kurarajin Shika~ series and was curious about the new sake, so I bought it!
I see that the number of bottles shipped is limited as well.
The taste is more crisp than the Sanhyakkai Aged Sake, and it can be used as an aperitif.
The aged one is good as an aperitif.
If you want to match it with food, food that is not too assertive may be good.
It is good with white fish such as yellowtail sashimi and squid sashimi!
It would also go well with salted omusubi!
For the vessel, if it is a wine glass, it should be a large one, and if it is any other vessel, it should be a vessel that can collect the aroma.
