I received this as a travel souvenir from my wife! My first Kanagawa sake! Junmai Ginjo Showdown! Izumihashi famous sake! Yellow-green medium-bodied! Easy to drink with moderate sweetness! Easy to drink! Shonan Yellow full bodied! Yellow full bodied! The spiciness makes you realize that the sake you've been drinking this week was sweet! A good old-fashioned one with a strong flavor! It has a slightly long bitter taste that is heavy at first and lingers on the palate. It is a small sip, but if you drink it heavily, it is bitter and you may not like it... As soon as it hits your tongue, you feel a little bit of sweetness and a thin lingering bitterness... If you like sake that is crisp and has a short aftertaste... You may not like it... If you want to match it with food, I feel that you have to fight it with tempura and other dishes with strong flavors such as salt or boiled vegetables... If the food is light in flavor... I think this sake might make it hard to taste the food... Personally, I feel it's like shochu (it's a freshly stored sake)... On the other hand, people who enjoy the richness of sweetpotato shochu might enjoy it... Personally, I prefer a refreshing type... Overall rating C (S-D)

At home. The third Nara sake without permission - ‼️. Kita Sake Brewery is located in Gobo-cho, Kashihara City and was founded in 1718. My son used to play baseball and we used to go to Sato Yakuhin Stadium near here. This is the first time for us to visit there. The aroma is not so strong, but there is a slight sweetness and alcohol. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness, sourness, dryness, and the gradual feeling of alcohol. Oh, is this the ultimate in dryness? For now, I will only taste it tonight and wait for tomorrow to see how it changes. There was almost no change in taste after the second day. It is dry, but it has a sweet taste and is not unacceptable.

Miyogiku is a sake brewery located near Kashihara Shrine. I bought a Junmai sake and this Honjozo sake. It has a very high density of flavor and richness even in hiya, and the acidity is enough to go well with the drinks! It is also very well balanced in terms of both comfort and drinkability! It is even better when heated! This is wonderful! I bought a small bottle the day before because I had to buy a lot of things at Ise Jingu Shrine, but I want to buy another 4 bottles! Before going to the Kashihara Shrine, we went around the tombs around the shrine, and especially the Unebiyama Northeast Mausoleum was amazing! It was scary! Furthermore, although I must have been to Kashihara Shrine when I was a child, it looks bigger than the image I had when I was a child. Normally it should look smaller than it did when I was a child, but it was the opposite. I guess I felt the greatness of Kashihara Shrine.

This is the last Maikaze series for this year. It's been quite a while, but we'll be having "Mt. Haruna" for the last time! When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a relaxing sweet aroma. It has a peachy aroma. It also has a slightly banana-like flavor. The palate is smooth, as is typical of Gunma sake, with a slight sweetness that is typical of "Maifu" and a nice astringent taste that plays an active role in the background! The astringency also gives it a mineral taste, which I personally feel is similar to the "Tenpyo Junmai" that I drank before👍. In the latter half, the astringency becomes the main taste, which reminds me of grapefruit. It melts away at the end, so it goes down smoothly! I've enjoyed many Maikaze series this year, including "Akagisan"✨I'm looking forward to next year!

There is clearly more lees than the previous Yamadanishiki. When you take the supernatant first, the taste opens up from the beginning, with a thick umami and sweetness spreading. The Yamadanishiki Junmai Ginjo reached this state at room temperature, but this one's flavor comes through even at low temperatures. When the lees are stirred, a crisp acidity is added and the aftertaste becomes clear. The full-bodied aroma comes out of the nose, and the taste becomes highly complete at once. This one is also insanely delicious! I've been drinking a lot of Omachi sake lately, and I wonder if this complex and thick sweet flavor is a characteristic of Omachi.

Yamadanishiki ver. Compared to Omachi's lees sake, it is slightly more lees and has a 1% lower alcohol content (17%). The bottle size is also changed from 500ml for Omachi to No. 4. The aroma is like rice itself and rice malt. The pure sweetness that is typical of Yamadanishiki passes through the nostrils with a slightly thick texture, and there is a slight bitterness that seeps into the tongue. 平成29年の九州北部豪雨で被災し、復活を遂げた井上酒造さん。そして専業主婦から50歳で杜氏へと転身された井上百合杜氏の渾身の一本。飲む方も身が引き締まる思いです。生酒らしいフレッシュな香り、酸度のおかげかマイナスに振れた日本酒度の割に旨口で、爽やかな後口でした。初日はやや酸味が強い感じがしましたが、2日目は酸味が落ち着き、食事ともよく合いました。
