mellow sake?
Sake from Shintotsukawa Town, Hokkaido
Japanese>English
Local sake delivered from my parents' house.
It has a light, strong flavor with a refreshing sweetness that lingers on the palate.
It seems to go well with relatively anything, but not with Wagyu beef.
I don't have the money to buy Wagyu, but...
Aeon Limited Edition Sake
I bought this when there were only 3 bottles left out of 60 bottles. I'm a sucker for limited edition 😅I have to buy it! I just have to buy it. This is the first time I bought a sake with a serial number 😍.
Slightly effervescent and fresh. It is indeed a nama sake.
I've been buying only Nama-Shu and Nama-Hara-Shu lately.
I've been drinking straight up nama sake lately, so it was easy to drink 🫰.

I let it sit in the fridge for a while and it settled down and got richer: ‼️
I'm sure you'll love it!
No bitterness at all at this point ‼️
These are sold all over Orlando, often the only sake the bar has. Not my favorite, but nice in a pinch! Would be cheaper from a konbini

I remember getting this at a festival a long time ago...
The Imperial Household Agency's official sake from the Meiji to Showa Periods 🇯🇵
It's a sake that was used by the Imperial Household Agency from the Meiji to the Showa Periods.
It is still delivered at festivals and other events.
It is a sake with a long history 🇯🇵

Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
It has a slightly sweet taste.
Soft mouthfeel and rich mellow aroma
is a noble image ✨.
Anyway, it has a good balance.
It has a full-bodied flavor, so it is a sake to be enjoyed slowly.
It is a sake to be savored slowly 🍶🍶.
We went on a bullet trip to a hot spring in Gunma 😆♨️
Before arriving at the ryokan, we went to a local liquor store.
I decided to buy some Gunma sake at a local liquor store before we arrived at the ryokan! I was so excited,
I visited Takahashi Yo Shoten for the first time, which I sometimes order from Corona Disaster!
I visited Takahashi Yoh Shoten for the first time!
I found a bottle of sake that I had ordered before and was very impressed.
The Gan brewed by Mikito Takai, who is no longer with the company, was really delicious, so I chose the New Gan with the feeling that I would like to try it too.
I was surprised to find that it was brewed by Mikito Takai!
And it's still delicious 😭✨
It was great slightly chilled, but also great warmed 👍.
Not spectacular, but deeply delicious...
And it's so cosy!
I brought home the rest of the bottle.
I'm going to drink it with care 🍶🎶.
Hekiryu Dry Junmai Sake
The aroma is soft and fluffy, but the taste is sharp and sharp, but it does not go down the throat harshly.
It finishes like water, which is a strange feeling.
It has the depth of a Junmai sake, but leaves the palate refreshed.

Good luck, Ishikawa Prefecture!
Heki Ryu" is indeed dry, but with a pleasant aftertaste ✨.
The label is nice too, looks kinda strong 😃.
Japanese>English
The taste is clean and crisp with beautiful acidity.
Momogawa
Sugitama Ginjo-Junmai Houjyu-Kuradashi
This brewery is located in Oirase-machi, Aomori Prefecture.
Sake rice is "Mashigura" produced in Aomori Prefecture.
This is also rice rice.
Aomori yeast is also used.
Mellow aroma and mild mouthfeel,
Full-bodied taste.

I had it at home 🏠 with a clear, dry, maguta kyuri sesame soy sauce dressings and it was delicious ✨I'm addicted to Belcube's Italian selections ✨The taste is not peculiar so anything will go with it 💖.

Light and refreshing, mild in the mouth, a little lacking in rice flavor, with a short finish.
Oniyama Oniyamma Red Label
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Junmai sake, unfiltered and unpasteurized
Rice polishing ratio 70%, ALC 18%.
There is not much aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you can lightly feel the unique "shuwashu" (a kind of "shuwashu" in Japanese sake), and you can also taste a slightly fruity flavor.

Is it my imagination that I taste dashi the moment I put it in my mouth? It is such a cup of soup.
Japanese>English
Sake degree +12
Rough and piercing with a freshness of nama-shu.
Exactly as the label says, young and fierce.
100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, with wine yeast.
It is said that the name "Sora no Tsuru" comes from a dream of riding a beautiful "crane" soaring in the sky.
Wine yeast is great because it makes rice sweet and sour!
The top aroma is of grappa and rum raisins. When swirled, it smells of plum. The flavor is very sweet and sour, like plum wine. The color is a pale yellowish hue like lemon pulp, the legs are short and weak.

It is a sake from Akashi City, Hyogo Prefecture.
It is only available directly in the city, and there are only a limited number of stores where you can drink it.
I found it at a store selling Hyogo products in Kobe Hankyu in Sannomiya and bought it.
How does it taste?
It does not have the harshness of the original sake.
It has a chocolate-like aroma.
It has a rich sweetness, with spiciness and astringency chasing after it. The chocolatey and caramel-like aroma that passes through the nose is delightful. If you let it air a little, it becomes more brightly sweet and fragrant.
It is simple, but quite flamboyant.
How about if you heat it up?
It tastes like chestnuts and is easy to drink!
The spiciness that comes out volatilely and the refreshing sweetness that comes in quickly.
It has a rich and expressive taste. It is really good. The aftertaste is also refreshing and sharp with a nice sweetness.
I think it is especially good when heated.
I have now completed a round of the 70-odd breweries in Hyogo Prefecture (and have 300 reports to my name)!
It took me two years to complete this feat.
It was a long but enjoyable journey.
I will continue to enjoy Hyogo sake (and Fukui sake as well) slowly and carefully, and hope to one day become an evangelist for good Hyogo sake...

a gift
It was the first time I had ever had a fresh one in Honjozo.
The mouthfeel is like mint?
I've never had it before, but it's interesting.
I think it leaves a little bit of a cloying taste at the end.
